Ms. Roby is a nice lady..i havent been there in a while...reason being. It took at least 6 weeks to recieve my glasses...the staff is rude...and unproffesional...bad for business. You never know whos listening..clean up the attitudes and greet the patients with respect..this will be a wonderful place to do business...with or without your children......
The optometrist is caring and professional however you can't say the same for her staff. I've witnessed rude behavior, unprofessionalism, bickering, failure to respond to customers, employees won't bother to ask if customers have been helped or not. They also have extremely long wait times after you arrive for your appointment. We waited almost 2 hours for a scheduled appointment.
