When I say TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Who gives a 5 month grace period and when I did call to say I would be there by 305 the guy who answered the phone was like well if your not here by 3:05 we can’t see you!!!!! It’s crap… The doctor may be nice but these receptionist that’s answering the phone is a no!!!!
