We live in Kennewick so Eyecare Associates of West Richland is by no means the closet to us, but I can’t think of what would make switching worthwhile. The friendly, professional, competent care we receive from Dr.Hansen and Dr Jihndonnis outstanding. They are so patient when asking “1 ir2” for the 700th time. Their employees are also amazing coming in to see them each year is a treat of visiting g with old friends. Highly recommend.
Do not bring your children or family here. My child has not been dilated in over a year and has a severe stigmatism. When I asked for my child to be dilated (when scheduling,) I was ignored. I was also ignored at the time of the appointment when I ask about being dilated. Now, we have an incorrect prescription for my child and Eye Care Associates has used up our benefits for the year. My prescription is so blurry I cannot see out of my glasses. I have never been dilated in the 3 years I have been to this office. I contacted ... read more
