This place discriminates against single dads, went in for my sons eye appointment and was exactly 9 minutes late. They seen i had two young toddlers getting them out with me and still would not see me. The manager is horrible with no personality and a attitude. Then when you show up on time they make you wait 20 mins to get called back. I will say the doctor is very kind but that’s the only thing good about this place. Outstanding Service ... I would give 6 stars if I could.
Very professional. Friendly staff in all areas of the office. Offers great prices. Seems to have a high percentage of tuen-overs in eye care doctors presently. Due to lack of frames designed for motorcycle drivers, we had to go to their location on Lake Lansing Road in East Lansing to select frames, get fitted and order the needed frames My family has been with them through the many buy-outs / changes in ownership over the years ... way back to when Dr. William Hooker owned the practice on Haslett Road.
