Very pleased with the eye exam and thorough explanation of my results. Very good experience overall.
The exam portion of my visit was fine, Dr. Akers was thorough & did a good job educating. My rating is based on how I was treated (or wasn’t) during my glasses shopping experience. When asked after my visit if I wanted to purchase contacts, I advised I was going to purchase glasses. She told me to look around. I was looking for about 30 minutes, picked out a few I liked, but nobody ever said another word to me so I walked out without buying anything.
