The staff were all very friendly and professional. This was the first time I had met with Dr Eng. He seemed to care about me and any questions that I had.
I don't mind being seen late, things do happen, but that should not give the practitioner and impetus to rush through an exam and discussion. Did I get to explain everything to my satisfaction? No. Which means the full scope of my related health issues and impact to me from these eye problems could not fit within the limited time of discussion.
