I have been coming to Eye Care and Surgery for many years now and the office staff, the eye technicians and the doctors in Botetourt and Roanoke offices have all been GREAT. I have not always been the easiest patient, but they were patient and understanding with my many questions, especially Dr Coolbaugh and Dr Selander, who did my eye surgery. Thank you for all you do for your patients.
Went in for an ulcer that had fortunately resolved by the time I got there. So I had a full exam which was quick and the Doc took her time and explained things thoroughly. Very impressed with the office staff... those in the front and the back. A well oiled machine.
W much embarrassment I called the office and told them I had just failed my DMV vision test! How gracious and understanding they were. That was a Friday and I was fortunate enough that they offered me a 2pm that afternoon. I brought cookies as a thank u for them seeing me. Everyone was just great! I can’t recommend them enough! ❤️
All of the staff members exemplified kindness and professionalism. Dr. Eng you are one of a kind.Thank you!
