Was going to get contact lenses. Woman was super nice and let me try them out and said i could come back later that week, I just had to call and get ahold of her specifically. Called and left a message. No answer. Contacted other people and they said they could ask. Dr Coolbaugh is the best and knowledgeable.
The medical staff are wonderful in general, but Sarah Downey is just outstanding in every way. Smart, warm, patient, caring. She took such great care of us for my mom's cataract surgeries, no matter how many questions we had, and worked with us to accommodate our requests and followed up promptly.
