Excellent doctor and staff, I always feel taken care of when I come here! Dr. Kruglyakova has been the only eye doctor I see at this location for the past 3 years. She is professional, kind, and will never rush through an exam. She takes the time to explain everything with the upmost care.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kruglyakova’s for over a decade and cannot recommend her enough. She’s caring, great at what she does and has a great bedside manner. Also, her staff is very helpful each time my husband and I need to pick out glasses frames.
DO NOT GO HERE! First of all, they r money hungry. They will tell u a price which u agree on then come back and higher it. They will purposely do whatever they have to do just to make a few extra bucks. Second of all, everyone that works here is very rude. They have no problem hanging up on ur face when u tell them a problem u have with ur glasses or ur eyes. And third of all, the doctor shames u for having bad eyesight like uhm that’s why I’m here. Fix it then. Yea those r my key points.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! COMPLETE QUACKS!!! THEY TOLD MY MOM SHE HAD GLAUCOMA AND SHE WOULD GO BLIND,WHEN SHE ASKED HOW LONG SHE HAD THEY WERE EXTREMELY RUDE AND SAID:NO ONE KNOWS MAYBE A WEEK A MONTH OR A YEAR... DIDN'T EVEN PRESCRIBE ANY DROPS ANY FOLLOW UP,ANYTHING AT ALL AND THE BEST PART, MY MOM GOT ANOTHER OPNION FROM PROFESIONALS AND SAID HER EYES WERE ABSOLUTELY CLEAR, NO GLAUCOMA OR ANYTHING AT ALL!!! WE ARE GOING TO SUE THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!
