I visited Eye Candy Optical about the cost of replacing a lens with plain glass. I told the person that I had had cataract surgery and after my second eye was done, I'd be needing new glasses. In the meantime my ophthalmologist recommended putting plain glass into the side that had already had the surgery. I was immediately quoted $200--this for a temporary replacement!
