She deserves a 0 star. I asked her to wax my eyebrows and not thread. She started threading when I asked her to not thread she said trust me it's better. I also asked her to not make my eyebrows to thin as I have blond hair. She did what she wanted then tried to sell me eyebrow powder to darken my extremely thin eyebrows. Do not trust her. Avoid this place at all cost unless you are happy with someone else telling you what you want.

Negative stars. Btw…Using my husband’s account to review, I don’t have one. I went in for a simple eye brow threading for my son’s wedding. She took off a section of my eyebrow. Instead of saying this she said my eyebrows were so light they needed tinting. I should have stopped her, but I trusted the professional. When done she briefly showed me in a mirror and in the lighting of the store it looked ok. As soon as I got to another store and looked in the mirror it was horror!!!! The lady staffing the place negged my partner into a brow touch-up as we were passing by. It took about 10 minutes longer than it should have, and her attempts to butter us up with compliments were as empty as the storefront she pulled us into. Even though she said the touch-up would cost $12, she tried to upsell us to a $30 gift card that we could then use to pay the original price. It's definitely in your best interest to stay away from this place. Not even the South County Center's website lists them in their directory!
