I made an appoint with the Eye Boutique because I was looking for a VSP Optometrist in Santa Clara and they had good reviews. I had an appointment and when I arrived they stated that I did not. Ok, I thought maybe I was confused, but I checked my records and I had indeed called this location. The staff there was not friendly or helpful and did not appear to care. They gave me attitude, sorry we can not get you in today...never did I ask them to do so. But do work with me to reschedule. A simple apology for the confusion will... read more
Professional, timely and helpful. They start the appointment on time. Could use with a bit more sanitizing of equipment, but overall very inviting and warm vibes, unlike the other optometrist I went to.
