Professional, timely and helpful. They start the appointment on time. Could use with a bit more sanitizing of equipment, but overall very inviting and warm vibes, unlike the other optometrist I went to.

한국분 계시다고 해서 기대하고 갔는데 만나기는 쉽지 않을 것 같구요. 그리고 직원 중 한명이 너무 불친절 합니다. 백인 여성 살집이 있는 여자분 하고 절대 상담 하지 마세요. 자신이 할 수 있는 일과 자신의 할 수 없는 일을 구별을 못 하더라고. 어카운팅 관련된 질문은 어카운트매니저 한테 물어보면 되는데, 그냥 안 된다고만 말 하더라구요. Account 매니저도 아닌데 그게 되는지 안 되는지 어떻게 아는지.. 그리고 안경 알을 새로 했는데 보통 깨끗이 닦아서 주지 않나요? 서비스도 안 좋았지만. 제가 상담한 직원의 일하는 수준이 너무 떨어집니다. 만약 뭐 물어볼 거 있으면은 릴리한테 물어 보세요. 제품을 2개 구매 했는데 그중에 하나를 캔슬하고 다른 카드로 결제 하기를 원하는데 가능하냐 가능하지 않냐 이걸 물어 봤는데. 어려운 질문을 한 게 아닌데. 자기가 모르면 아는 사람한테 물어보면 될 거 아닌가? 그 직원은 왜 일을 하는 것을 귀찮아 하는거지 이해가 안가요. 일을 하기 싫으면 안하면 되잖아 토요일부터 기분이 좋지가 않네요 그 상담... read more

October 1, 2025 I had a fantastic experience at this eye clinic! Dr. Oh was wonderful—professional, kind, and did a great job with my eye exam. A special thank you to Lily, who helped me from start to finish. She was incredibly patient and thorough, from checking my eyes to teaching me how to apply and remove contact lenses. The doctor was extremely helpful and patiently heard my issues and resolved. Their technicians are extremely helpful as well. Lily helped me out during the whole process and made the process super easy for me.
