Absolutely, the worst experience I've ever had! I bought a Groupon for a full lash set and fill from this establishment. I tried to book an appointment and the owner cancelled the first time due to a family emergency. I asked to reschedule for the next day and she agreed. I went to the appointment and she wasn't there.
