Avoid at all cost. The young lady Karen has awful customer service as she lacks an understanding of how their system works or how to find important information. She was rude and not willing to help as I was not speaking her native tongue. A few issues, they lost my glasses I had to wait an extra week, this is the 2nd pair of glasses broken in less than 6months with no assistance, and they gave my 5 year old the wrong prescription/forgot what they did so I have to do a whole new appointment.
