Tech scanned my eyes with one machine, moved to another room for the tech to scan on a different machine. Saw the eye doctor for maybe three minutes. I asked for paperwork of my visit when I checked out. I was told there was no paperwork. I got an email a couple of days later with a synopsis of my appointment. The records stated I had "dry-eye syndrome and it was discussed in detail with me and that I should follow recommended therapy". In person they are perfessional nice and caring however I missed my surgery day when the person from I do not know what location the women on the phone was so sexist I had to yell at her that’s unbelievable
Excellent team work, customer service, and professional medical care.
All the staff are so friendly, Liz and Dr. Cameron are amazing, Liz very knowledgeable, Dr Cameron was so helpful and answered all my concerns and very welcoming person. I was so relax and comfortable!!
