I just left the New Braunfels office. When I asked them if they were charging me anything for the eye exam they said, yes, $50. When I told them my insurance said I was fully covered for a free eye exam I was told I was wrong. We finally ended calling my customer representative. She told the office insurance expert that I was absolutely covered. I would pay nothing. This eye association is great.I needed an appointment for something that was in my eye and they got me in quick and out right away. Everyone was very kind and direct, the facility was well organized and clean. It was busy but peaceful and it all flowed well I recommmend eye associates of south Texas, they have several locations and great pricing even without insurance. When I need eye care again I’m going back there
