Literally, the absolute worst! I don’t see how any patients get anything done here. I’ve been calling them for months regarding a referral, which they first stated that they lost and then they stopped answering calls so finally today I drove down to the office and the Hispanic lady with the black Bob at the front desk was completely of no help at all. Every time I come here, I have to wait about two hours. Last time I was here they even forgot me and kept skipping me until I got up and spoke up. You feel like a number here they ship you from one room to another room to another room and you’re sitting in these rooms with a bunch of other people because they are just trying to see how many people they can get through in one day. Very frustrating. Also, the people at the front desk are very rude
I just left the New Braunfels office. When I asked them if they were charging me anything for the eye exam they said, yes, $50. When I told them my insurance said I was fully covered for a free eye exam I was told I was wrong. We finally ended calling my customer representative. She told the office insurance expert that I was absolutely covered. I would pay nothing.
