Been waiting over an hour because he's "stuck in traffic..." I can make it here early enough to go for breakfast before the appointment but this genius can't make it to work on time? Customers should charge him a fee for rescheduling!

Dr. Erin Jacob performed my daughter's eye exam. My daughter was so happy with her visit, her prescription and new glasses. All of the staff, technicians, and doctors are wonderful.
