Wait times are forever. Won't work with me regarding a pair of glasses I got in which I am having difficulty seeing. When I went there to return the glasses I was told they were non-refundale which isn't correct. Then she said they won't allow a return just for nothing. Iwas told to try them again, but to no avail. When I take them back and if they refuse I will charge back on my credit card.<br />

The doctors were excellent the back staff were good. The front staff,meh. My main complaint was that I used my year old eye glass frame to be fittied with new lenses. When I wanted to pick them up,I noticed that my frame was cracked! The clerk couldn't care less. The lady fitting glasses said it was my fault by submitting my own frames! First the facts around my review of this organization. My wife and I were both experiencing eye problems and needed to see an ophthalmologist to obtain proper care. My wife had her first appointment with Eye Associates in early September. At that time, she was diagnosed with cataracts. At that time, she was given another appointment in November that we assumed would be for her measurements for new lens to correct her medical problem. to dam slow have you waiting to dam long
The wait time is EXTREMELY excessive. Not enough parking spaces. My husband has a monthly appointment. We arrive early and sometimes wait over an hour just to be called. Once called, it's at least another hour in the 2nd waiting room!!!!!
Bring Mumz here on a monthly basis. Somedays she's in and out, todays just not one of them days. Staff is always courteous, and Mumz likes the doctor's, so that's what counts!
Dr Oberlander and his staff are very professional and satisfying. Katie his service coordinator ,very professional with a heart of gold. She is determined to take care of patients special needs. I had cataract surgery on both eyes. The whole process completed in professional,diligent way. I strongly recommend Dr Oberlander and his staff! They have truly brighten my days in many ways.
