The doctors were excellent the back staff were good. The front staff,meh. My main complaint was that I used my year old eye glass frame to be fittied with new lenses. When I wanted to pick them up,I noticed that my frame was cracked! The clerk couldn't care less. The lady fitting glasses said it was my fault by submitting my own frames! I was furious never the less and yelled out loud -she wanted me to shut up. She "offered" a frame not my first choice but otherwise I would have had to pay for another frame. I refused.
