I spent almost $600 for glasses and can't see distance. I called the office and I am waiting 3 days later for a call back. Customer service is non-existing after you pay. Erin in the Hawley office is rude and not at all helpful. I will be going to another doctor after they fix my glasses and suggest you do the same.

I've used Eye Associates 2 years in a row. The staff is courteous and the eye exam went well. I ordered 3 pairs of eyeglasses; distance, readers and sun, both times. All the eyeglasses were satisfactory except the sunglasses. Both years there has been a technical glitch with polarized lenses that I never experienced prior to last year. It took 5 weeks in 2023 to receive imperfect sunglasses and over 4 weeks so far this year. If I was told about this glitch last year I would've ordered more appropriate frames, or lenses.
