Fantastic office!! Michaela was great helping my get signed in and ready for the Dr. Lily was the absolute best in helping me choose glasses and understanding the pricing and payment structures! Highly recommend.
My first time being at this office was a great experience! Very straightforward and seamless. Annhi checked me in and set me up with a room while walking me through the processes of being a new patient. Then Dr. Diggs explained to me in a warm and clear way how my eyes were doing. He also explained how the process is usually for these visits and provided recommendations for glasses. Dr. Diggs was great! He answered all my questions and explained things plain language. I've never needed glasses before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The person who helped me pick out my frames (Michaela, I think!) was so helpful and honest. She gave me plenty of time to try on different frames, take pics to send to friends/family to hello me decide. The person who did the pre testing was very friendly and explained the process so well. Overall it was a wonderful visit!
Great experience, very friendly staff and Michaela was great. She made check in easy and the wait time was very short. Dr. Diggs is fantastic, not sure how many knew or remembered Dr. Davis but Dr. Diggs in my opinion is a step above. He was thorough in the exam and knew what was causing my symptoms. I have been with Eye Associates for over 10 years and even though this is a 30 minute drive for me it well worth it, you don't find care like this every day with a friend staff. My eye doctor was not available for an emergency appointment, but scheduled me with Dr. Ty Diggs in the North Overland Park office. Lily greeted and checked me in. Anahi tested me and applied dilation drops. She was so kind and very conscientious. Dr. Diggs was awesome! He spent a lot of time examining me. He was very informative and reassured me . He also explained things and made sue I understood all of it. A great experience!
