I took my client today for a scheduled appointment and was turned away. She had a letter from her Dr starting that she is unable to wear a mask due to COPD as well as lung cancer. They disregarded the letter and said she could not go in. She is 76 and does not go out at all except to Dr's. Wow, guess they are strictly in business to make money. Very disappointed as this is one of the only places in town that takes Medicare/Medicaid. What a travesty for the elderly. Eye Associates, you should be ashamed!

This post covers briefly the ophthalmologists and their staff, but the bulk of the discussion is going to be about Laurie, how demeaning and petty she is, and why you SHOULD’NT HAVE YOUR GLASSES PRESCRIPTION FILLED AT THEIR IN DOOR OPTICAL CENTER! My husband and I went to the Rio Rancho location to pick him out some glasses. He had is eye appointment there and was never told that he would need to make an appointment to pick out glasses. So we had to wait a week for an appointment. He asked if I would be able to join him to help pick out glasses, they said no. No matter, we waited for his appointment and respected the rules of not being able to have another person assist.
