I took my client today for a scheduled appointment and was turned away. She had a letter from her Dr starting that she is unable to wear a mask due to COPD as well as lung cancer. They disregarded the letter and said she could not go in. She is 76 and does not go out at all except to Dr's. Wow, guess they are strictly in business to make money. Very disappointed as this is one of the only places in town that takes Medicare/Medicaid. What a travesty for the elderly. Eye Associates, you should be ashamed!
This post covers briefly the ophthalmologists and their staff, but the bulk of the discussion is going to be about Laurie, how demeaning and petty she is, and why you SHOULD’NT HAVE YOUR GLASSES PRESCRIPTION FILLED AT THEIR IN DOOR OPTICAL CENTER! I was so scared because of one eye as I went in the clinic the reception quickly realized the stress I was in kept me calm talked to me before I knew they called me in everything went smoothly after that every one was so caring I could see I would go back if I ever had too Thanks to all!!
