Dr. Rivard‘s dedication and loyalty to his patients is rare in today’s healthcare landscape. In his career, he hasn't missed more than three days of work. This man has a passion for eyes that is hardly seen, especially from younger healthcare providers. The office staff is always friendly. I received superb and convenient treatment from Drs Rivard and Bass and the kind staff here. I have been a patient at this office for 30 years.
Been patient for years, happy with service until now. Had yearly exam, which my insurance paid most of and I paid part not covered. Now I am being charged for doctor to write a prescription for new glasses, I think this is excessive, to charge for exam then charge extra to write a prescription
