I'm happy with their service, product, and the people. Their attention to COVID restrictions was done with great care while still attending to customers with friendliness.
This review applies to the N Union facility. They have taken down their google reviews since I submitted it 3 weeks ago - probably because of multiple negative reviews. The office manager replied the next day saying they would call me. However, in keeping with the Union facility's lack of integrity, poor customer service and over poor attitude of their staff and Dr Sbarbaro, they never called. Several bad experiences here similar to other complaints, and an error made by the staff they are not taking responsibility for, have resulted in me deciding to find a new eye doctor.
I had my app.for 9am this morning,ended up waiting 40 min.to see Dr.Marshall,finally had to leave for another app.in town,without seeimg the Dr.Before I left,i made another app.for 1 o'clock.I ended up standing in the waiting room for 30 min.before I was taken to the examining room,waited another 10 min in there,before I got up and left.I was very dissatisfied with the situation.Keeping me informed,what was going on would have been helpful.
