Everyone is very friendly and always explain what they are doing and why. We've been seeing Dr. Ravi Patel for years for cataract surgery and yearly eye check-ups.
Dr. Dixit, Dr. Stone and staff(Madison and Pacha) were all great, and very helpful.
Heads up - this will be a long review unfortunately. First issue - it took over 2mths for me to even get an appt!!! I worked in commercial insurance and knew I had an hmo and took all the steps to get the proper referral and Auth from my insurance to be seen. Even had my pcp fax over my records since they wouldn’t even get me scheduled without that being done. Once my Dr faxed everything I never heard from them. Dr Patel is patient and thorough. His videos make decisions about what kind of lens to get for cataract surgery 100% helpful. The surgery center is conveniently right behind his Round Rock office. Staff is helpful and kind.
