Disappointed with eye associates. My husband got glasses there. He bought a warranty if the lenses would get scratched. He called the other day cause the lenses are very scratched. The lady told him his warranty wasn't any good time ran out. He bought it when we picked up the glasses. She said you have to buy it when you order them. He was not offered that until he picked up his glasses like 6 weeks later. Do not think that is right! Not our fault the guy didn't offer it to us until we picked up his glasses!
I would recommend Eye Associates of Alexandria to anyone looking to get an eye exam, eyeglasses or contacts. I saw Dr. Carie Storesbery and she was fantastic! She listened to the issues and concerns I had and gave me several treatment options. Michelle (my optician) was also super friendly and helped me pick out two pairs of glasses that I LOVE. I'm kind of a picky person when it comes to style, and she was very patient with me. She actually ordered in a different color scheme of a style I liked just so I could see them -- w... read more
