A plastic piece on the temple of my glasses came off, and I contacted Eye Associates. Because I had moved quite a distance away, and it wasn't convenient for me to visit them, they not only sent me replacement temples, but a screwdriver so I could repair them. Wow!!! Every aspect of their practice focuses on exceptional customer service and care. My last eye exam was very thorough, and my prescription is perfect. Earlier in the year, I had an issue with my vision, and they provided me with the reassurance I needed to know wh... read more

Yesterday I had my annual eye exam with Dr. Ted Zollman, who is very professional, thorough and competent. He is patient, he listens well and he provides clear answers to questions and explanations of issues and treatment options. And I don't believe there is a kinder, more caring health professional around. Dr. Z. is great!

I was a slave to my readers....I had probably dozens of pairs- in the car, at work, in my purse, everywhere I might possibly be! As a keracatonus patient with a 25 year old corneal transplant done by Dr. McKillop, contact lenses were a necessity. And in spite of my scleral contacts, I still needed readers to read anything closer than 4 or 5 feet away! At my annual appointment this year, as I was angrily pulling the readers off my head, I said to my superstar contact lense gal, Doris Cortesi, that "I'd love to get rid of thes... read more

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Hubert Pham and made clear that I needed a Lasik referral exam. I informed at least three people of this. They scheduled the appointment, took my co-pay and insurance money allowed me to come in and go through a basic exam only to inform me afterward that they don't do lasik referrals nor all of the tests necessary to fill out the referral form. It took a week for them to directly inform me that they would not be providing the referral. Now I have to pay out of pocket for another exam. Thi... read more

I always enjoy going to Eye Associates NW, while I'm going because of a problem - the staff make things so relaxed and understandable.

I have been a patient here for 3 years. Their is usually a long wait. Sometimes i browse the frames in hopes that i will be able to get a pair someday if they can get it together enough to fix my eye problems. Last time i was there i was looking at the frames and a worker came up to me and wanted my birth date. Wtf I said im done looking. Too intrusive. I spent 1200 dollars in contacts i cant even wear because none if the drs could figure out my eye didnt have enough endothelial cells. They ignored my symptoms.
