All the staff very nice and caring, Dr nash perform de cataract surgery which only took 10 min

Everyone very helpful and considerate from the very start, checking in. Technician Sharon was very professional and thorough; Dr. Ha was very professional, and also personable; explained everything clearly, including test results and options, and showed empathy. Addressed spouse's questions and concerns as well my own. Thanks so much to everyone there!
I was very upset with my visit. The front office staff (about 3-4 young ladies) refused to register a young man for his appointment because there was a $22 unpaid balance! The office is open and they were not discrete and the office had other patients! The young man appeared to be a special needs person escorted by another gentleman. I told the gentleman I would pay that for him. After another young lady got involved and phone calls etc. were made, they agreed to see him. This was outrageous treatment!
