Great staff. Very knowledgeable and professional concerning their trade. They have taken care of my family for years. Only drawback is you will never be seen on time for your appointment. If you are patient, you will receive quality care.
As a new client, I made an appointment to be seen for a yearly eye exam. They sent me a packet of paperwork to be filled out prior to my appointment. I showed up about 10 minutes early, gave them my filled in paperwork, which was basically blank as I have no illnesses, no problems with my eyes, no meds, very healthy, they took my info and paperwork, told me to have a seat and they'd be with me shortly. Their scheduling process is RIDICULOUS! They won't allow more than 2 kids to be scheduled over the same day and expect you to come on back to back days to schedule the 3rd kid. Who has time for that? Also be prepared for a 2 hour appointment! I'm switching providers! Don't waste your time!
If you have more than 2 kids go elsewhere. They won't let you bring all 3 kids on the same day . RIDICULOUS
I came down with a inflamed eye. extremely painful. And on New Years day. I called in the second and was seen ASAP. Very happy with concern and care.gave not waited long at all.
AWFUL!!!! WENT IN AT 7:40 APPOINTMENT AT 8:00 AM AND AT 8:30 STILL WAS NOT SEEN IF I WERE TO STROLL THROUGH THEIR DOORS 30 MINUTES LATE FOR AN APPOINTMENT I WOULD NOT BE SEEN WOW!!!! SO I WILL NOW TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
The staff was very nice a little crowded as far as people waiting in the waiting room. I personally would not go back to this place, I had both my daughters get an eye exam and in less than 30 min they were both done. My oldest daughter has needed glasses for about 5 years now and when they checked her at Eye Associates they told me she doesn't need glasses which I should have been happy if it was true but she still cant see from far away so thanks to that my insurance wouldn't cover another exam somewhere else and my daught... read more
Sounds odd to say you had a "fantastic experience" under the knife, but I really did. Great staff made me feel at ease, even the consult went fabulously. I only had to wait a week to get my procedure done and that was an unexpected surprise in itself! Dr. Vroman was really personable and calming. He let me pick my own music during the procedure which was a nice touch! Very great recovery care, provided juice and even a scone!
