Dr. John Pitcher III confirmed a diagnosis that came from a routine eye exam with my eye doctor which was described as a "wrinkle and pinhole in my eyeball". I went to see him when my eyesight started to deteriorate (something that I was monitoring as a result of the initial diagnosis). After reassessing the state of my eye health, Dr. Pitcher and I determined that eye surgery was my best option. I want to give a shout-out to Dr. Suchitra Katiyar! She is an outstanding eye doctor. Dr. Katiyar explain what was wrong with my eyes and more importantly how to proceed. She stayed late on a Friday afternoon to help me get in to see the right specialist. She could have been like so many other doctors and just say you came to me by mistake but she didn't. Visited Dr. Vroman. Nice facility, upon arrival we were welcome very nicely by Susan front desk clerk. Waiting time was very reasonable. At first I was very skeptical with Eye Associates of New Mexico due to some of their reviews. But so far it's been a good experience. I hope it finishes like this!
Dr. Chang is a horrible Doctor. One of the worst doctors my child has ever seen. Horribly rude, abrasive, and condescending. Came into the room, did not even look at me or introduce herself. Very demanding and abrasive with my child. Asked me a couple of questions, never looked at me, and began speaking to her assistant while I was answering her questions. Absolutely unbelievable behavior. Then this horribly inconsiderate rude doctor insinuated my daughter was making up her issues that have been going on for over three years... read more
Great staff. Very knowledgeable and professional concerning their trade. They have taken care of my family for years. Only drawback is you will never be seen on time for your appointment. If you are patient, you will receive quality care.
