My wife had an appointment today at 10:00 am at Eye Associates of Lancaster in Ephrata. We drove 40 minutes to get there and pulled in and sign on door said CLOSED. I called the phone number and someone answered and said Ephrata office opens at noon. They gave my wife this appointment 6 months ago, never called her to cancel the appointment or reschedule another appointment. What a way to run a business. No problem for us, we will find another eye doctor that has some consideration for their patients.

I have been trying to call this provider for hours now to change an appointment but can never get through their main phone line. After more than 30 attempts with no luck I am just not going to show up and let them dare to charge me for a 'no show'. I get the recorded message and have tried every extension offered as well as just staying on the line to be almost immediately disconnecte with a 'busy signal'. Very poor customer service.

Very impressed with this practice! Everyone was very efficient, I saw Dr. Walker and got taken back right at my appointment time. I felt like she really cared about my concerns and seemed very knowledgeable! Will definitely be going back again and bringing my kids.
