The staff was wonderful. They take of patients with patience and concern. The doctor was very concerned about my care and getting the procedure done now. The staff was there to help anyway possible. The doctor found the problem with my eyesight which was not good, but now I know what I need to do next. Tomorrow will be another day to resolve my eye issue!

Recently had cataract surgery on both eyes. Surgery and 1st follow up at the Lancaster locations, 2nd follow up in Ephrata. Nothing but professional and thorough experience with all staff. Dr Pao is an amazing surgeon. Answered any and all questions. If you require cataract surgery, look to this group and Dr Pao.
My wife had an appointment today at 10:00 am at Eye Associates of Lancaster in Ephrata. We drove 40 minutes to get there and pulled in and sign on door said CLOSED. I called the phone number and someone answered and said Ephrata office opens at noon. They gave my wife this appointment 6 months ago, never called her to cancel the appointment or reschedule another appointment. What a way to run a business. No problem for us, we will find another eye doctor that has some consideration for their patients.
