They do not provide your PD which makes it difficult to purchase glasses from online retailers. I was told to “look up how to get the PD” when I requested the PD number. Horrible service.

I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO NEEDS A GOOD EYE DOCTOR TO GET A REFERRAL FROM YOUR REGULAR DOCTOR TO SEE DR. CURTIS SHAFFER HE IS A GREAT EYE DOCTOR WHO WILL SEE YOU AND TALK WITH YOU ABOUT YOUR EYES . THIS IS WHY I GIVE THIS EYE CLINIC A 5 STAR RATING . THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE AT THIS EYE CLINIC THEY ARE LOCATED IN BELLEVUE, MISSISSIPPI HIGHWAY 98 GOING TOWARDS COLUMBIA
Dr. Shaffer is the best eye doctor I have every seen. You won't find better!
