STAY AWAY! I am now going to go into detail about the dispute that occurred today at the Eye Appeal Office. There was no space for it on the online form: 1) I left a message over the phone for the Eye Appeal office that I would prefer different nose pads on my glasses so that they would be prepared when I came to see Dr. Chung about my contact lenses. I have been putting off getting glasses for a year now. Dreaded having to pick out frames etc. and totally denying that I'm getting older! Eye Appeal made this process very positive. Dr explained what he was doing during exam. Tracy and Dave helped pick out frames and explained all the bells and whistles! I cant wait to be able to see more clearly!

I can not say enough good things about Dave and his team! I have been taking my business to save for the last 3 years and have always had excellent service today was no different. I walked in with my 7 year old to pick out frames we were greeted as we walked in. They were even asking about her eye referral to make sure that was situated as well! I will always take my business here and refer any one who needs glasses!
