Very disappointing billing experience. We paid $250 upfront for a procedure after being told that if insurance covered the procedure, the payment would be refunded. The insurance company covered the procedure, and we have the EOB to prove it. However, the $250 upfront payment has still not been refunded. It has now been 11 months. Dr. Bathia is truly a doctor who genuinely cares for his patients. It has been a very positive experience.
I underwent eye surgery by Dr. Subir Bhatia recently. Being a physician myself, I have been thoroughly impressed - even amazed - by Dr. Bhatia's meticulous attention to detail, skill and bedside manner. He has deep subject matter expertise and cares for his patient which makes him truly special. Erica is fantastic as well.
