I had a terrible experience at this Chandler clinic. I brought my previous hearing tests for comparison, and Scott said we can use these tests and decided to skip a new test. However, he still submitted a claim to my insurance and charged me for a test he never performed. Next, I asked about a specific hearing aid model for its discreetness. I had my hearing aids repaired atca cost of 100 $ , was told reciept would be sent to me. I recieved a text. Sending me t o Eye and Ear. Their I cannot print a recipt , but can continue shopping. Just lose money with them.
Dr Chiara is incredible, very thourough and was the one who was able to fibally diagnose me correctly and resolve my issue.
