Michelle Smith was very knowledgeable, positive, helpful and so willing to spend the time with my husband to explain the results from the tests she did to the options he had and her recommendations. We appreciated how thorough she was. We were grateful the hearing aids were ‘in stock’ and steve was able to go home with new ‘ears.’ It is with high regard we would definitely would recommend Michelle Smith and miracle ear if you are considering hearing aids.
So helpful and patient with my dad. His order came in promptly and Scott took his time showing my dad how to use tge new hearing aids
