My daughter was scheduled to start physical therapy for a side preference and she is already six months old. We had several options but went with Eyas. Just 48 hours before the appointment, I received a brief email stating that they accidentally double booked so our appointment is cancelled. They won’t return my call and their next available is quite a ways out… of course now it’s too late for us to take the near future options that were offered by other providers. Alex and Meghan are incredible! They go above and beyond every time for the children in Speech. Plus, they play games, take them in the gym, and make it a highlight of the week! Truly, incredible Speech Therapists through and through. They've been able to make great sessions happen even on "hard" days. I will be sad the day we graduate!

This review is specifically for the Eyas Landing Merlin Day Academy (3300 N Elston). OMG...STAY away! My child went through the therapeutic program AND ISBE program as a 10-11 year old. The New building will deceive you! There is high teacher/therapist turn-over. My child was the 1st child to transition from private insurance to ISBE...This is when we learned this school does not have staff who can write an IEP...let alone implement one. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in the service we get here, 2 years of inconsistent therapy and constant change in structure. My son has gone through 4 BCBA’s 5 or 6 therapist and nobody seems to want to stay seems like a hard place to work. The company since implementing the Merlin program has not sufficiently staffed or supported the private side where we need the focus .
