Very poor service. The technician arrived one hour late, claiming it to be delayed by traffic but never called to notify us out of courtesy. They work with AHS (American Home Warranty), decline to fix the plumbing issue by claiming it's damaged by force instead of wear and tear. I ask them to tell me what the wear and tear looks like or show me a picture of the wear and tear to compare to the issue I have, then the technician stopped to answer me. I will not recommend their service to any one.
