They're the best!
Appointment schedule and time were not respected. Installer did not call the day prior to confirm appointment, and no word either on the day of until I called the office to find out that it was going to be possibly another 1.5 hours out. They would honor their next appointment slot but did not show any sincerity to mitigate the current mistake. This purchase was made through a third-party dealer. You may want to check who your shutter guy uses and be aware.
Would leave zero Stars if possible. They will take your money and not ship
