Flatbed drivers have to go all the way around the building to the shipping that's near the exit. There's no signs directing you that. Called several times to see if the load was ready. Every time I got transfer to shipping no one answered The phone. Arrived early 11am Just to be told, I have to wait until the pickup time. 2pm Answering the phone would have prevented everyone from wasting time. That's what phones are for.... communication .Thanks
