I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by ExtrordinAir regarding the installation of a split system air conditioner at my townhouse approximately five years ago. Recently, the unit caught fire—a serious and dangerous incident. Following an investigation by Panasonic Australia, the cause was determined to be faulty installation. Extrordinair recently installed my split system , replacing my ancient old air conditioner, as well as decommissioning my outdated gas wall furnace. The office staff and technicians were very helpful and professional at all times. They handled the Victorian Energy Rebate for swapping from gas heating to the split system, so I didn’t have all that hassle. The installation went very smoothly and looks great, both inside the house and on the exterior wall. Highly recommend Extrordinair for your heating and cooling needs.
Great service from David and the team.We had a ducted gas system requiring replacement in a rental property and David organised the replacement and installation at a great price and in a timely manner which the tenants were very grateful for. Cannot speak highly enough about the customer service provided.Will be using them for the servicing of the air-conditioning and heating at all our properties.
