Dr Jacoby was wonderful but they have a new AI phone service that doesn't work. I tried multiple times to get through to a human being. I ended up making an appointment with another Podiatrist. I have a very painful bone spur in my heal and and wasted too much of my time trying to get an appointment wiht their AS phone service (Artificial Stupidity).
Dr Jacoby is knowledgeable and provides excellent information. Very efficient as well. Definitely recommend him to all.

Excellent. Finally got some hope for my peripheral neuropathy. The only doctor that has given me a diagnosis and treatment that makes sense.
