Rob is incredible. I had tough stains on a carpet in a house I was selling. Neither Rob nor I were sure that much could be done to improve it, but he was honest about what was possible, ordered some special cleaners, and said he would give it his best. To my surprise the carpets are cream colored again! He definitely breathed new life into those rooms and I am super pleased with the results.
