Mr Hicks, was very professional and friendly. I was just getting regular servicing of cleaning ,drain pan and pips going out side. I ask about filters. He suggested filters.com with Mev rate 8-11. Also my starter is showing lower volts and may need replacing before summer. All in all great experience, clean truck and inform .
I contacted Extreme Temp per a friend’s recommendation and it was the best decision I made. Caleb, the owner, came over and talked to me about my AC status. He assured me that I did not need to replace my unit yet - unlike the other company!
