My advice is stay away. Scheduled 2 weeks out, confirmed appointment the morning of, took time off work...NO CALL, NO SHOW. Finally called after hours in response to my 3 voice mails saying their van broke down and told me they would call the next day by 10:30AM with a new plan. Again...no call by the promised time.
I used Extreme Steam in the spring to clean my carpets and they talked me into vents as well. I had 2 dogs and 3 cats and friends with allergies. I now have 1 dog left. My allergy filled friends can now come over and have very few problems. I saw what they pulled out of the ducts, GROSS! This past Friday, I had another company come because I had a coupon. They were late, dumped the dirty water in my street, and didn't get the carpets all clean despite cleaning 5-6 mos earlier. My dog got horribly sick on the carpet on Sunday... read more

I used the services of Extreme Steam Carpet Cleaning for carpet cleaning. I last used them about two weeks ago. They did carpet cleaning of three rooms and stairs. They were on time. They were professional and punctual. I will definitely use them again.
I agree with the other one-star reviewer. The positive reviews must be a hoax. I bought a Groupon deal to get my ducts cleaned and they got me to pay additional fees that were not warranted. Terrible customer service, unprofessional staff. Go elsewhere. Check them out on Yelp my more detailed review...

I question how the last user was able to give a good rating. This was the WORST customer experience I have had with any business EVER. 1. The guy showed up AFTER I called to cancel their services. He talked me into taking 2 of my area rugs into the shop for cleaning and he would deliver back to me in 2 days. 2 days went by and they never dropped off my rugs.
