Roof leak from the winter rains of 2023. **** came to "repair" the leak which only took him an hour at most for $1000. Said he guaranteed his work and that it was only the valley leaking. Had the drywall replaced by someone he referred and he was great. Fast forward to August 2023, Tropical *************************, and guess what, same exact leak and damaging the drywall again.
