Truly a disgusting business very unprofessional with a bunch of liars and “hidden fees” that are not discussed upfront. Lesson learned don’t give any money unless the apartment is yours.
This my second time working with Extreme Realty over the last 4 years. I've secured two apartments with one, ironically the first time I rented i was a cash paying tenant, and now i was able to get an apartment with them using my program. It's a very small office so I just recommend having patience but I'm so glad they were able to help me both times.
This place is by far the worst place you could ever do business with !
GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO GIVE AWAY FREE MONEY. This place is beyond unprofessional, they steal your deposits on apartments with no intention of returning them -breaching contract. They were once prompt, and cooperative until I requested my deposit back and then it's crickets, dodging calls, etc. It's been a month and NOTHING. Save your money and go where they can actually help you!
If I could leave ZERO stars I would. If an apartment is not secured you should not pocket the security deposit. $1000 dollars of hard earned money not returned after multiple attempts to get a refund and multiple empty promises and excuses to return it from the Campbells is EXTREMELY disappointing. These people are thieves.
