Recommendedreally friendly and amazing stuff, they made a personal vegetarian pizza from me and filled it up very well with all the veggies that I love. and I bet they would make anyone the greatest pizza as well.
I visited with my dad during my first visit to San Francisco. The pizza was hot, fresh, and ohhhhh soooo tasty!!!
Terrible customer service, delays in delivery and unresponsiveness on the phone, all for a mediocre pie. Just found out there are TWO people working the dinner service during a Warriors playoff game. That's ridiculous. And that's after I spent 15 minutes on hold, called back, and had to yell at the cashier so that he didn't put me on hold again so I could find out where my damn pizza was THAT I HAD PAID YOU FOR.

I like the pizza but the staff at this location is extremely rude. Not the delivery drivers. The drivers have been awesome. There has been more than one occasion that my order has been messed up. If they don't have an item often they will just substitute it with something else without letting you know. Today for example when I called the woman who answered was openly hostile and offered up excuses rather than solutions. Great pizzas and great service! The salads are fresh and the owner makes the pizza dough fresh every day.
