Dino initially tried to kill the yellow jackets infestation from outside my house. That didn't work. He returned, free of charge, a week later and tried reaching the nest with poison from inside the house, in an effort to avoid removing wood siding from my my house. This didn't work. Dino, the owner of this company, had 3 major family emergencies in one week (involving inpatient hospitalizations). Yellow jacket extermination was needed. After terminix ripped me off for $250, this owner operated company showed up at my door with his bee suit and removed the yellow jackets outside my home within the walls of my porch. The prices were significantly cheaper than any other company and he walked me through what he was doing, what my next steps were, and guaranteed the yellow jackets to be gone in two to three days. I had a football+ size, Bald Faced Hornet nest by the garage door. He showed up at the time promised and killed all the bees (hundreds I’d say), and knocked the nest down. Very happy with his work and would recommend.
Had a wicked yellowjacket's nest that refused to go away no matter how many times we sprayed it. They just finished the job this morning, but with how quick their response time is and how thorough they are, I have no doubt I'll be going with them for all future pest issues. Keep up the good work, guys!
