I purchased a front bumper for my Audi S5 and was very pleased with how well the RS5 bumper fit. Although EP did not have the bumper in stock at the time of purchase, they were very diligent in keeping me informed about the expected arrival date. Sold me a bmw bumper which didn’t fit and required brackets which didn’t come with it. Called 2 hours later trying to get a refund but they said they can’t do that (even though they never told me it was final sale) and said I could exchange it for another bumper. Drove 2 hours to exchange and they disrespectfully told me to leave because the plastic package was open even though they were told in advance the bumper was taken out to see if it was fitted.
