I’ve been a loyal customer of this salon for 9 years, but unfortunately I will not be returning under the new ownership. Since the change, not only has the quality and overall experience declined, but I’ve also been very disappointed to hear the new staff spreading false and inappropriate rumors about the previous employees that were there for 9 years — including claims that they “moved to Florida” or were taken by ICE. Extreme Nail & Spa is a very warm and friendly place. Tina is the best for a pedicure. She takes her time and put so much love in her work. David is the best fir a manicure. Victoria
Do not like since the new ownership. Instead of admitting Tammy/Lily/Charlie sold the shop. The new owners lied and said “they were in Florida.” I atleast let them do my pedicure , in which resulted in the lady cutting my pinky toe. I will never come back to this place again. They could have atleast been honest from the start.
Kim is amazing she is a burst of energy and super talented. I was just in a week ago and normally my nails last more than a few weeks however, this set started to lift. I called in spoke with Kim whom did my nails along with her dad Charlie. Not only did they fix my nails free of charge, I gave Kim free range to design my nails for my up coming trip and she did a wonderful job!!!
Great customer service, but this was the worst gel polish I’ve had in 24 years of getting my nails done. My nails weren’t shaped right, the polish looks terrible, and I’m disappointed I paid $25 for this. I’m going home to fix it myself.
