I the owner of a local IT consulting company and have been using Extreme Micro for systems, parts, and components since 2007. I have used other local companies in the past and have had customer service, warranty, and quality issues. Not the case with these guys. They consistently provide excellent customer service, reliable systems at fair prices, and if ever a piece of hardware bonks under warranty, they replace it without issue. I can't speak highly enough of this company and it's people.
