Noticed a lot, but also missed a lot of things I found after move in, $300 for 1 hr in my 2 B/B that meant I didn't get my money's worth for what was found: 1) a toilet cracked in the back, leaking unnoticed for so long the baseboard behind was engorged (required replacement) 2) leaking shower faucet (required replacement) 3) clogged drains 5) all appliances neglected in maintenance.
We used Extreme Inspections as our pre-purchase home inspection and were extremely impressed and grateful for Jim's attention to detail, thoroughness, and experience. He is passionate in his work and happily answered all of our questions and concerns. His final report captured his meticulous findings, complete with pictures and descriptions, and noted severity of the items he found.
